5.1 Micro-app Services

Requests for a refund for service engagements must be submitted within 14 days of project kickoff. Eligible requests will be processed back to the original payment method. Alternatively, you may elect to transfer the remaining service hours to a future engagement at no extra charge. Custom or fully delivered milestones are not refundable due to the tailored nature of the work.

5.2 Info Products

Digital downloads may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if unused. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. This policy does not apply if the product files have been accessed or delivered.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of delivery if defective or damaged. Please ship the item back in original condition. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or offer an exchange.

All content, designs, code and materials provided by MiniAppsy are the property of MiniAppsy.digital and are protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
